"Because

I Love

What I Do"

Amanda

will exceed your expectations.

Amanda provides a fresh perspective to home sales. Her mission is to provide a full-service real estate experience and to exceed your expectations as a realtor.

Rand Fishkin once quoted, “Don’t build Links. Build Relationships.”

Amanda Damesek has always done just that - build strong relationships with her clients and with people in her community. She knows the importance of emotional investment in people. With a successful real estate career spanning more than a decade, her mantra has always been to know what’s at stake for a buyer or an owner.

A great listener, Amanda helps her clients find just the perfect home by knowing the needs of the buyer and the seller. She believes that relevance is the key and by doing the exact things that the client requires her to do, she earns the right to their attention.

Amanda loves the challenge of Real Estate. Whether it’s finding just the perfect home or selling a home at the highest possible price, her knowledge of the local real estate market and the connections outside her market area sets her apart.  Clients trust her knowledge of the market and her ability to educate them.

A native and current resident of Short Hills, Amanda knows the area. Working in Millburn/Short Hills, Summit, Chatham, South Orange, Maplewood, West Orange Livingston, Springfield and many other surrounding towns makes her knowledgeable to all who want to live within commuting distance to New York City.

Amanda's previous career accomplishments include working for Burlington Industries and growing a hugely successful business.  In 2003, Amanda joined her mother, Diane Newman at Burgdorff Realtors. They became partners and worked together for 7 years before her mother passed away in 2010. Diane Newman was one of the most respected and successful local real estate agents practicing real estate for over 25 years. Together, Amanda and Diane built an outstanding reputation for impeccable client service, integrity and success in meeting their client’s needs.

Amanda has continued the real estate business her mother started and the tradition of delivering homemade cookies to over 200 homes throughout her market area during holidays. She is also very involved in her community. A member of the Millburn Rocks Organization (raising money for Millburn schools), and a board member of Temple B’nai Jeshurun where she and her family are 3rd generation members.

Amanda’s goal is to be a real estate consultant. She wants to be the “go to” person for all real estate and home related questions. “Which towns should I be looking to buy in?”  “How do we prioritize everything we want in a home, a community, schools?”  “Where do I go next?” “Should I move or upgrade my home? “My parents want to live closer to me, can you help?”  Amanda helps her clients find the answers to all these questions.

With her wide connections and strong relationships across the East and West Coast, Amanda Damesek can connect you to an agent she trusts, should you be relocating.

“Nothing was too small or too large for Amanda to handle. She had a recommendation and fix for every issue, and remained remarkably calm working through all of them...instantly.”
